MyWiggles LLC ("MyWiggles," "we," "us," or "our") operates the MyWiggles platform, including the website at mywiggles.com and all breeder subdomain sites (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about three groups of people: Breeders (businesses and individuals who sign up for a MyWiggles subscription), Buyers (individuals who create a free buyer account to communicate with breeders), and Visitors (people who browse breeder sites or submit contact forms without creating an account).

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
Breeder account data is retained for as long as the account is active. When a breeder deletes their account, all associated data — including contact messages, chat conversations, puppy records, photos, and waitlist information — is permanently deleted on the scheduled deletion date. Visitors whose data was submitted through a deleted breeder's site will have that data removed at the same time.
Buyer accounts may be deleted at any time by contacting us at admin@mywiggles.com. Upon deletion, your account information and chat history will be permanently removed.
Breeder billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax law.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at admin@mywiggles.com.
Messages sent through the MyWiggles chat system are stored on MyWiggles servers and are accessible to both the buyer and the breeder involved in the conversation. In addition, MyWiggles LLC may access and review message content for the following purposes:
We do not sell message content, use it for advertising purposes, or share it with third parties except as required by law or described in this Policy. Admin access to chat conversations is limited to platform staff and is conducted only for the purposes described above.
The MyWiggles platform is intended for use by individuals aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a person under 16 has submitted information through our Service or created an account, contact us at admin@mywiggles.com and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version number and notify active breeder accounts by requiring acknowledgment on their next login. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
